Global Marketing Manager

The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, programs & tactics, supporting regional execution, and ensuring that we achieve revenue and operating profit targets.

Typical Day in the Life

  • Launch SavvyWire by leading the global downstream product marketing strategy and activities to support sales growth by championing and driving customer adoption and advocacy.
  • Traditional downstream activities include collaboration with the sales, training, and clinical teams while owning the global launch strategy, executing product messaging / value prop / pricing, product training, generating collateral and sales tools, and campaign strategies to support a high-visibility global product launch.
  • Collaborating with external partners and internal colleagues to create impactful marketing campaigns that incorporate market data, voice of the customer input, and country sales and marketing input.
  • Establishing credibility, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on the product; championing and communicating both internally and externally.
  • Develop relationships with customers & key opinion leaders to stay connected to market trends via conferences, advisory boards, VOC feedback to inform and modify strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with key cross functional stakeholders to define and support the development and communication of clinical, economic, and technical evidence.
  • Understand and interpret clinical data from both presentations and publications to summarize and communicate key messages.
  • Work closely with regional marketing partners to track competitive activities and understand evolving and changing market dynamics.
  • Manage project timelines and execute on all launch workstreams.
  • Drive marketing collateral through relevant legal and regulatory approval processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Minimum of 5 years medical device marketing experience
  • MBA and global experience are major assets
  • You will have demonstrated success in the launch and commercialization of innovative medical devices, preferably in the structural heart market
  • You have excellent presentation skills both internally and externally, and demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and customer orientation
  • You can lead from the front and act with a sense of ownership and urgency
  • You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Willing to travel 30-50% and have flexibility to do so occasionally on a short-term notice
  • While this position will be based out of our planned office in MN, we will consider out of state applicants to work remotely
